Patle aur Mote Jisam Par Pani K Asraaat....



Pani na insani jisam ko patla karta hai aur nah hi mota. Aam tor par keh diya jata hai ke woh log jo apne wazan ko kam karna chahte hain ziyada pani piyeen. Kya yeh baat science k nuqta nazar se sahi hai ?

Hum ne yeh jan-nay ke liye SBMU university mein khoraak-o-taghzia ke maahir professor dpctpprr masood  se yahi sawal kya .

Sawal : Doctor sahib rozana kitney glass pani peenay chahiye ?

Doctor : rozana 6 se 8 pani ke glass pina zurori hain Al-bata agar pani kam istemaal karen aur is ke sath tea ka istemaal kya jye to bhi pani ki kami ko poora kya ja sakta hai. Is ke sath ensaan sabzi-jaat, phalon, doodh, andon aur lasi ke istemaal se bhi pani ki zaroorat poori kar sakta hai. Haan agar koi garam aabb-o-hawa mein reh raha ho ya jism ki faalit ziyada ho to zahir baat hai ke aisay shakhs ko ziyada pani ko zaroorat mehsoos ho gi .

Sawal : Aap ke khayaal mein pani ke istemaal se wazan ko kam kya ja sakta hai ?

Doctor : Haqeeqat mein pani na to patla karta hai aur nah hi mota. Pani mein calory bhi 0 hoti hai. Haan jo log khud ko patla karne ke liye dieting karte hain aur khoraak ka istemaal kam kar dete hain to is soorat mein inhen pani ka istemaal ziyada karna chahiye, Is ki wajah yeh hai jab ensaan ghiza nahi khaye ga to is ke apne badan ki charbi istemaal mein aaye gi aur kyun kay charbi pani ki madad se jism se kharij hoti hai is liye pani yahan par mufeed saabit hota hai .

Sawal : Yani aap ka matlab hai ke pani wazan kam karne mein muasar nahi hai ?

Doctorr : Akela pani mo-asar nahi. Yeh tasvor qaim nahi kar lena chahiye ke pani peenay se koi patla ho jye ga. Albata khana khanay se agar aadha ghanta pehlay pani pi liya jye to yeh bhook ko aik hadd taq kam kar deta hai aur yun mutaliqa shakhs khana kam khaye ga .

Sawal : Excercise karne walay shakhs ko kyun ziyada pani ki zaroorat hoti hai ?

Doctorr : Saada aur waziyah hai ke jab koi shakhs faalit ki haalat mein hai to is ko khoraak ki zaroorat bhi ziyada hoti hai. Aik excercise karne wala shakhs jab aik ghanta kisi garam hawa mein excercise karta hai to 6 cupp ke qareeb paseena is ke badan se kharij ho jata hai. Yoon is ke jism mein pani ki kami waqay ho jati hai jis ko poora karne ke liye pani ka istemaal isi miqdaar mein zurori ho jata hai. Pani ke ilawa sodium aur chlorine bhi aisay shakhs ke jism se paseenay ke sath dafaa ho jati hai. Is liye sodium aur chlorine ko bhi pani mein shaamil karkay aisay shakhs ko istemaal karna chahiye
