Islam Main Khawateen K Hakooq


Hakooq mein Barabari :
Allah Taala ny sab se pehlay aurat ko azaz diya ussay barabari ke sath Adam ke sath jannat mein rakha ''phir hum ny aadam se kaha tum aur tumhaarii biwi jannat mein raho'' (Al-Baqrah) yahan Allah Taala ny aurton ko barabari ke haqooq diye. Quran Shareef mein kayi jagah aurton ke haqooq aur in ki ahmiyat ke baare mein zikar hai. ''Aurton ke liye bhi Maroof tareeqay par waisay hi haqooq hain jaisay mardon ke haqooq unn par hain'' (Al-Baqrah) Iss aayat se yeh saabit hota ke Rab kareem ny khud Quran Shareef mein shuru hi se aurton ke haqooq ka hukum day diya tha jise duniya ki koi taaqat Salb nahi kar sakti. Yeh aurton ke liye bara azaz hai un ke Rab ki taraf se. Doosri jagah Quran shareef mein Allah Taala ny farmaya ''is terhan jin aurton ko Talak di gayi ye unhein bhi kuch na kuch day kar rukhsat karen yeh haq hai mut-taqi logon par'' (Al-Bakra). Ghor farmaiye jab kisi ko koi farigh karta to kon kisi ko kuch deta hai lekin Allah Taala ny phir bhi aurton ke haqooq ka khayaal rakha aurton ke haqooq ke baare mein Allah Taala ny mazeed farmaya ''aurton ke liye bhi uss maal mein hissa hai jo maal baap aur rishta-daaron ny chorra ho'' (Al-Bakta). Allah ny rishta-daaron ke maal mein aurton ka hissa rakha, yeh hain haqooq Allah Taala ki taraf se aurton ke liye. Isi terhan Hadees Shareef mein bohat si jaghon mein rasool Allah (PBUH) ny aurton ke haqooq ki baat ki hai. Hazrat Abdulah Ibn Umro (R.A) se rivayet hai ke rasool ny farmaya saari duniya sarmaya hai aur duniya ka behtareen sarmaya naik aurat hai. ( muslim )

Adal-o-Insaf :
Hazrat Aisha (R.A) se rivayet hai Rasool (PBUH) jab safar ka iradah karte to apni biwion ke darmain quraa daaltay, jis ka naam quraa mein nikalta aap is ko safar mein le jatay kitna insaaf hai aurat ke sath ke kisi ko kisi se kam ya ziyada haq nahi diya gaya. Hazrat Ibn Umar (R.A) se rivayet hai Rasool (PBUH) ny farmaya halal kamon mein sab se ziyada na-pasandeedah kaam khuda ke nazdeek Talak hai. (Abu-Daud) Talak baaz sooraton mein na-gazeen ho jati hai magar yahan bhi aurton ke haqooq ka khayaal rakha gaya hai. Hazrat Jabir bin Samra (R.A) se rivayet hai Rasool (PBUH) ny farmaya jab khuda tum mein se kisi ko maal ataa farmaye to is ko chahiye ke woh pehlay apni zaat par kharch kere phir apne ghar walon par. (Muslim) Is mein bhi aurat jo ghar walon mein shareek hoti hai ghar ka aik hissa hoti hai ka khayaal rakha gaya hai. Yeh hain Islam mein aurton ke haqooq kitni Azmat hai aurton ke haqooq ke baare mein. Duniya ke kisi bhi mazhab mein itnay haqooq nahi diye gg hain jitne islam ny diye hain, aurat aur mard aik haqeeqat hai. Hazrat Adam (A.S) ke sath Hazrat Hawa (A.S) ka zikar is baat ki gawahi day raha hai ke Allah ny mard-o-zan ke milaap se apni makhlooq ko janam diya jis se insani nasal ko agay phoolna phalna hai, lehaza aurat islam mein aik khaas haqeeqat hai aur is ke baghair nizam-e-duniya nahi chal sakta. Har door ke ensaan ny aurat ke sath zulm kiya. Qabal islam koi is ko zindah dafan kar deta aur terhan terhan ke zulm karta aur koi aaj jadeed door mein usay ronqِ-e-mahfil aur koi usay shama-e-mahfil banata hai aur apni jinsi taskeen karta hai aur is ka ehtesal karta hai. Maghrib aur mashriq ke qadeem-o-jadeed jhela ny aurat ke sath terhan terhan ke zulm dhaaye hain. Magar islam ny is ko Azmat ataa farmai is ke sath barabari ka sulooq sikhaya iss ko ehtram ki nazar se dekhnay ka hukum diya kyun ke iss se aainda nasal ny chalna hota hai. Is ki goad se farishta sift ensaan peda ho sakta hai aur is ki goad se shetan sift ensaan peda ho sakta hai, duniya ke naamwar ashkhaas ny naik seerat khawateen ki goad mein parwarish payi. Duniya ki kisi qoum ny aurat ko woh haqooq nahi diye jo islam ny daiye hain. Islam ny aurton ko jo Rasool (PBUH) ki zojiat mein theen ko umm-ul-momeneen ka khitaab diya. Aurat maa ke roop mein duniya ki azeem hasti hai. Aurat biwi ke roop mein aik maqam rakhti hai. Aurat beti, behan aur dosray rishton mein khaas maqam rakhti hai, toheed ke baad Allah ny walidain ke haqooq ka Quran mein zikar kya hai agar woh inhen burhapay ki haalat mein milein to unn ke samnay uff tak nai karne ka hukum aur unn ke sath behtareen sulooq ki hadaayat ki. Iss mein aurat shareek hai.

Hadees mein aata hai ke 1 shakhs Rasool (PBUH) ke paas haazir howa aur hadaayat ke liye darkhwast ki Rasool (PBUH) ny farmaya ke teri maa hai, kehnay laga nahi Rasool (PBUH) ny farmaya teri khaala hai, kehnay laga haan hai, Aap (PBUH) ny farmaya jao unn ki khidmat karo yahi hadaayat hai aur bohat se waqiyat Hadees ki kitabon ke andar mojood hain jis mein Rasool (PBUH) ny maa baap ke sath behtar sulooq ki hadaayat farmai. Yeh bhi farmaya maa ke paon ke neechay jannat hai.
